Notes on Color and Fabric:
- Colors may be slightly different from real colors because of light and computer screen, which is normal.
- Colors differ from different fabrics, there is color difference between two different fabrics.
- Please select the color according to the fabric of the dress. For example, if the material is Chiffon, please refer the color chart of Chiffon.
How to Order "Custom Color" other than "As Picture"?
Choose "Custom Color" from the color dropdown menu and provide your color choice in the "Additional comments" area in your shopping cart or write back by visit the" Contact Us" page to let us know your color choice after you place your order, remember to include your order ID please.
Total Delivery Time (20-25 working days) = Processing Time (15 working days) + Shipping Time (5-10 working days)
In most cases, you will receive your dress after 20 days for US, CA, AU and UK customers because RightBrides only use DHL, UPS and Fedex for better shipping experience.
- Tracking ID will be sent to you for you to check the delivery status after your dress is shipped.
- RightBrides accepts return request with quality issues, like defective or wrong size, and wrong color. Please contact RightBrides within 3 days after you receive your dresses. Return items must be completed, unused, unwashed with original tags and package.
- RightBrides COULD accept return request if issues caused by customers themselves, for example, choosing wrong color, wrong size or wrong style (don't love the style after tried), but customers need pay the shipping fee to send the dress back, plus a restocking fee (15% of the order amount), because the all the dress are made to order and couldn't be re-used.
- All products should be in original condition, we can't accept that it has been washed, used, altered.
